Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking an experienced healthcare construction leader to advance complex projects in Denver, Colorado. You will guide teams through hospitals, medical facilities, and clinical environments, coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure patient-care continuity.

The role emphasizes strong project controls, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with preconstruction and business development efforts in a high-growth healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
• Support of the preconstruction team
• Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)
