Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Denver, CO. The role focuses on managing hospital renovations and occupied facilities with a strong emphasis on schedule, controls, and client communication.

You will direct teams through preconstruction and construction phases, ensuring life-safety and infection-control standards are met while coordinating with owners, AEs, and engineers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience.
• Experience managing hospital renovations/expansions in occupied environments.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams in regulated healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects with strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support preconstruction and business development in healthcare sector.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILS G).
