Job summary

Ilocatum in Denver is seeking a seasoned leader to drive healthcare construction projects on active hospital and clinical facilities. You will oversee complex multi-project programs, coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers, and ensure patient-care continuity during construction.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare construction, a construction management degree, and strong leadership, communication, and site safety skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience.
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support the preconstruction team and business development in healthcare.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.
