Job summary

Embrava seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives across product and operations. You will coordinate with technical, operations, and business stakeholders to keep projects on scope and schedule, while identifying risks early and proposing mitigations.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of project management experience, with a track record of managing technical projects involving APIs or system integrations, and comfort presenting status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience, spanning technical/product and cross-functional operations.
• Experience managing technical projects with APIs, networking, or system integrations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com).
• Commercial awareness to prioritise initiatives by business impact, not just deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives across product and operations.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and workstreams.
• Maintain roadmaps and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
