Job summary

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives across Embrava's product and operations teams. You'll serve as the main point of coordination between technical, operations, and business stakeholders, keeping projects on scope and on schedule while flagging risk before it becomes a problem. This is a role for someone who's organized and strategic, but adaptable enough to work with whatever a project actually needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of Embrava initiatives, from new product rollouts and hardware/software integrations to internal process and systems improvements
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders
• Translate technical and cross-functional requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams
• Build and maintain detailed roadmaps and schedules to track milestones, dependencies, resources, and progress across concurrent projects
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, including manufacturing partners and suppliers, to keep execution on track
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalates issues or delays to leadership with clear next steps
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status reports, roadmaps, and executive-level summaries to keep stakeholders aligned

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally spanning both technical/product and cross-functional operational projects
• Experience managing technical projects involving APIs, networking, or system integrations, with enough fluency to work directly with Engineering on scope and feasibility
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Commercial awareness - able to prioritize and rationalize competing initiatives based on business impact, not just deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing teams without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting status and risk to senior leadership
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Sprint planning or Scrum Master experience
• Experience in hardware, workplace technology, or a physical-product company (not purely software)
• Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting international or multi-region teams
