Job summary

Omnicom Production seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility projects from planning through delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will own timelines, dependencies, budget considerations, and risk management while guiding project teams and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.

You will coordinate with multiple departments and agency partners, build governance structures, and ensure clear status reporting and escalation where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to provide senior-level guidance to project teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and WorkFront.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from intake through delivery.
• Own project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs.
• Coordinate projects across departments, agency partners, markets, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, meeting cadence, communication plans, and escalation paths.
• Document requirements, scope, deliverables, and approvals; maintain visibility on project health.
• Provide senior guidance to Project Managers and teams; escalate issues appropriately.
• Use Smartsheet schedules, asset trackers, and project workflows; manage Jira tasks and workflows.
