Omnicom Group is seeking a Project Manager to guide agency projects from initiation through delivery, balancing client needs with internal capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, run status meetings, and manage budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes in-office work three days a week and a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multichannel campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required or comparable work experience.
• 3 years of project management experience within advertising across multichannel media projects.
• Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MRL submission software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project teams to deliver on client expectations on time and budget.
• Lead status meetings and communicate goals and priorities.
• Develop realistic project estimates and manage resources and financials.
• Escalate issues appropriately and apply lessons learned.
• Foster learning and mentorship for junior members.
