A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in PM or related field are required; PMP/CSM is a plus; in-office presence is expected three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in PM, production, or marketing ops.
• PM certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project, Workfront.
• Experience managing multichannel campaigns and budgets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multichannel projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution and quality control, conducting impact analyses and developing scopes of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting process optimization.
• Maintain organized files, ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, and participates in financial management and new business development.
