Omnicom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile client deliverables from concept to completion. You will oversee timing, quality, and budget, working with multiple agency departments to advise on feasibility, resources, and priorities, while mitigating bottlenecks for seamless execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in project management-related fields, and may include PMP/CSM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.
• PMI PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project/Workfront and SAP for financial management.
• Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multichannel projects from concept to deployment, providing direction for brand verticals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution and quality control, conduct impact analyses and create scopes of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to promote process optimization.
• Maintain organized files, handle administrative tasks, and participate in financial management and new business development.
