Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution phase of commercial and industrial concrete projects. The role collaborates closely with the operations team to build comprehensive project plans and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of self-perform concrete project experience, a Construction Management or Engineering degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success across multiple

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to drive project success.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive project plan and schedule.
• Collaborate with operational team during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare teams to execute using defined planning processes.
• Generate accurate project information including Q&A reports.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met and communicated timely to stakeholders.
