Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Lead to join our team in Indianapolis. Field Leads plan the execution of their phase of work and collaborate with the Project Lead to craft an overall project plan.

You will develop detailed plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards across commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for large scale construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status to all appropriate parties.

Field Lead Job Summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Lead to join our team. Field Leads at Lithko are responsible for planning the execution of their phase of work and they work closely with the Project Lead to create an overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work.
• Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
