Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a PCO Analyst to manage multiple project initiatives and ensure timely, accurate invoice preparation in line with client expectations. You will work with program management, finance, and contract stakeholders to support reporting, risk management, and billing operations.

This role involves auditing cost activity, including labor, travel, and other direct costs, and resolving financial and administrative issues within a fast-paced program management office serving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment.
• Experience with general project status report generation.
• Experience with project financial controls.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders and work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
