Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a PCO Analyst to support a Department of War client, ensuring timely and compliant invoice preparation and submission. You will work with program management, finance, and contract stakeholders on billing operations for large, complex programs.

You'll manage cost activity across labor, travel, and other direct costs, reconcile data, and provide visibility into billed and unbilled metrics. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
• Ability to display adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Experience supporting federal contracts (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of FAR and JTR (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices per contract requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate invoice reviews for accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
• Support final invoice package and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain billed and unbilled trackers; monitor contract financials.
• Process adjustments and journal entries for accurate reporting.
• Contribute to invoicing metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Assist in process improvements and onboarding new team members.
