Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, program control, or federal government contracting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, or lookups.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial control activities for Department of Defense contracts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain and update financial trackers and project documentation.
• Prepare basic financial analysis and present findings to senior team members.
• Help monitor key performance indicators and identify variances.
• Participate in internal reviews and contribute inputs for client presentations.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
