Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with financial or billing analysis.
• Experience with Costpoint, Salesforce, or Deltek.
• Knowledge of financial or compliance auditing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of invoices for energy project portfolios and verify costs against regulations.
• Review and analyze performer-submitted invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Draft monthly invoice status reports to track backlog and approval status.
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks such as reconciling performer invoices and program outlays.
