Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Control Analyst in Maryland to manage detailed financial activities across full contract lifecycles. You will assist budgeting, estimating, and reporting for government programs and coordinate with program teams to deliver recommendations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, forecasting ability, and experience with subcontractor finance and CLIN structures. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program cost control or financial planning and analysis support for government customers.
• Experience with complex CLIN structures and multiple funding types or sources.
• Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up.
• Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis.
• Ability to conduct trend analysis and financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends.
• Ability to identify program risks, assist with mitigation plans, and prioritize requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial and program control activities across full contract lifecycle.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for programs or proposals.
• Analyze budgets, monitor expenses, and conduct cost and schedule variance analysis.
• Prepare cost-to-complete estimates and respond to data calls and contract reviews.
• Provide status of key performance metrics to leadership and customers.
