TAIT seeks a Director, Project Finance Business Partner to lead the finance partnering model across Fixed, Portable, and Producing project portfolios. This role serves as a senior strategic advisor to Regional Leadership, Producing, Operations, FP&A, and Project Accounting, guiding decisions from bidding through closeout.

You will establish governance, improve forecast reliability, and drive data-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, project finance, commercial finance, FP&A, project accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance professionals in a matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of project forecasting, cost-to-complete, project valuations, margin management, and governance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing commercial and financial decisions.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, capitalization, and cost treatment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operating model for project finance business partnering across Fixed, Portable and Producing portfolios.
• Partner with regional and finance leadership to translate strategy and portfolio economics into financial decisions.
• Own the finance review framework for bidding, quote-to-completion, and project governance.
• Establish governance rhythms for independent visibility into performance, margin exposure, and risks.
• Lead independent review of high-value forecasts and escalate material risks with recommended actions.
• Drive consistent application of revenue recognition and cost treatment in partnership with accounting teams.
• Serve as senior finance advisor to project teams from award to closeout.
• Build cross-functional relationships and develop a high-performing team of partners.
• Champion automation, data visualization, and standardized digital tools to accelerate decision-making.
