Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in finance, business, or related field is required.

• Direct the annual budgeting cycle, long-range financial planning, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment valuations, portfolio analysis, capital allocation, and scenario planning.
• Prepare detailed financial performance reports, variance analyses, and management presentations for the Executive Committee and investment teams.
• Partner with investment professionals, asset management, and operational leaders to reflect operational realities in plans.
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team to foster excellence and professional development.
• Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives, including M&A and capital markets decisions.
