Job summary

REV Renewables, a leading developer and operator of renewable energy assets, seeks a Finance Associate to join the Finance team. The role emphasizes building project finance models, supporting live debt financings, and working on tax equity financings within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate collaborates with Finance, Development, M&A, and Strategy teams to support financings, investments, and strategic initiatives across REV's portfolio, with offices in New York City or Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in project finance investment banking, energy/infrastructure banking, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting live project finance transactions including debt financing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project finance and corporate financial models.
• Assist with structuring and executing project-level debt and tax equity financings.
• Prepare financing materials, investor memoranda, and lender presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate acquisitions and mergers through valuation and scenario analyses.
• Support internal projections and budgeting processes.
• Monitor financing markets and provide insights to leadership.
