Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level to senior project finance associate for its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on leading complex project finance transactions at the intersection of finance, business, and government, including space, export credit agencies, and renewables.

The ideal candidate has four+ years of project finance experience, strong drafting, and client service skills, with a track record in energy/infrastructure

Qualifications

Strong project finance experience.
Excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
Experience with energy and infrastructure, ECA/DFI financings, or Latin America is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials.
Commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

Lead significant workstreams on project finance and related transactions.
Coordinate directly with partners and clients.
Drive execution across multidisciplinary deal teams.
Serve as an integrator across transactions and teams.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
