Represent lenders, sponsors, and developers in structuring and negotiating financing documents, with construction and term financing responsibilities.

Top academics and bar admission required; familiarity with tax credits and syndicated/leveraged

Qualifications

• Over three years of experience in finance transactions.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and related tax credit structures preferred.
• Experience with syndicated or leveraged finance transactions is advantageous.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in the jurisdiction of the office of interest.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, sponsors, and developers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing arrangements.
• Engage in project finance transactions, including construction and term financing.
• Manage transaction workflows, including real property, UCC, and security interest matters.
• Supervise junior associates and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
