Requirements include a JD, bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and proven analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in project finance in the energy sector.
• JD from an accredited law school; bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
