Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY seeks a mid-senior associate for its Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure practice. The role focuses on cross-border project finance, development, asset acquisitions, and restructurings, advising on complex transactions.

You will structure, draft, and negotiate core documents, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior lawyers while maintaining client relationships. JD required; bar admission or eligibility essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in project finance.
• Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes.
• Experience with cross-border transactions.
• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, negotiation, and documentation of project finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key project finance documents.
• Manage workstreams and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Conduct due diligence on project documents and regulatory frameworks.
• Advise on refinancings and secondary market transactions.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and trainees.
