Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Energy and Infrastructure Associate to join our office. The role involves representing market participants in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions.

You will work on project finance, tax equity, and negotiate PPAs, EPCs, and O&M agreements, while managing complex deals and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in energy/infrastructure transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
• Prior law firm experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions in transactions.
• Engage in project finance and tax equity transactions in the U.S. renewables and power sector.
• Negotiate material project agreements, including PPA, EPC, and O&M.
• Manage complex transactions and interact with clients effectively.
