Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking a Project Executive for senior leadership of major electrical construction programs in the Utility or Rail/Transit sectors. This role focuses on leading Project Managers and delivery teams on multi-million-dollar projects, with a strong emphasis on profitability and client relationships.

You will guide planning, procurement, and risk management while mentoring Project Managers and contributing to pursuit strategies to drive growth across New England's infrastructure

Qualifications

• Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or equivalent electrical construction experience.
• Strong background in either Utility OR Rail/Transit electrical construction.
• Experience delivering large, technically complex projects.
• Exposure to major specialist projects valued into the tens of millions is highly desirable.
• Strong financial and commercial management capabilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and/or project teams.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience mentoring and developing Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across major electrical construction projects.
• Oversee Project Managers and project teams.
• Take responsibility for project financial performance and profitability.
• Manage forecasting, budgets and commercial performance.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement and delivery.
• Manage contractual issues, change orders and project risk.
• Work closely with field and executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers.
• Support pursuit strategy and future project opportunities.
• Help drive continued growth within your specialist division.
