BE&K Building Group is seeking a Project Executive/Operations Manager to lead large, complex projects onsite in a senior capacity. You will drive staffing, budgeting, schedule adherence, and contract administration while coordinating with operations and business development to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

You should have extensive project management experience, proven leadership of teams, and the ability to manage high-value projects and strategic plans across business units.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Executive/Operations Manager with proven PM experience.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, including 2+ years as Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure profitability, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and staffing.
• Oversee subcontracting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue repeat business.
