Responsibilities

• Overall project leader responsible for profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lead estimate, subcontracts, and purchase orders; manage owner contracts and strategic plan.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and change management; monitor costs and profitability.
• Lead client relationships and business development to promote repeat work.
