Job summary

Stark Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Project Executive to lead a portfolio of multifamily BFR construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You will mentor onsite leaders, partner with Ownership, investors, and design teams, and own the project P&L to drive risk management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience, including multifamily leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale multifamily projects with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame, concrete, and mixed-use construction methods.
• Proficiency in construction contracts, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily BFR projects from preconstruction through warranty.
• Lead the field leadership team including Onsite Project Manager and Lead Superintendent.
• Mentor and develop project leadership and participate in staffing decisions.
• Direct escalation resolution on cost, schedule, and contractual risk.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor progress, performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee project risk, insurance, and claims avoidance.
