SnapDragon Associates, LLC is seeking a seasoned Multi-Family Project Executive to lead delivery across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. This hands-on role requires field-based multifamily construction expertise and the ability to drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate blends strong financial acumen with leadership, risk management, contract negotiation, and the ability to build lasting relationships with developers, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

A well-established, family-owned building materials and construction company is looking to add a seasoned Multi-Family Project Executive to its team.

This leader will oversee projects throughout Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, taking ownership of delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has direct, field-based multifamily construction experience and understands what it takes to manage projects from the ground up, not simply oversee them from the office.

The position is well suited for someone who combines strong project execution with sound business judgment, overseeing profitability, mitigating risk, negotiating contracts, and developing lasting relationships with developers, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. The company has built a strong reputation through framing, installed services, windows, siding, and interior trim, with a culture centered on accountability, responsiveness, and quality execution.

The ideal candidate brings extensive multifamily construction experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects and teams while remaining engaged in the day-to-day execution. Compensation includes up to $150K base, bonus, vehicle, and strong growth opportunities.
