Job summary

Stark Enterprises, a Cleveland, Ohio–based real estate developer, seeks a Project Executive to lead multifamily build-for-rent projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality within budget while partnering with Ownership, lenders, architects, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include budget ownership, contract administration, and strategic leadership across field and office teams, with a focus on profitability and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing multifamily projects and P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Proficiency with construction mgmt tools (Procore, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily BFR projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own project budget, intercompany construction agreement, and schedule performance.
• Lead Onsite PMs and Superintendents; mentor staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Ownership, investors, and design teams.
• Review monthly draws, cost projections, and forecasts; ensure risk management.
