Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking a Project Executive in Cleveland to lead multiple multifamily BFR construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the project budgets, manage risk, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality align with ownership expectations.

You will partner with Ownership, Development & Asset Management, lenders, architects, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and long-term relationships while mentoring onsite leadership and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience, including significant multifamily project leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale multifamily projects simultaneously, with demonstrated ownership of project P&L including budgets in the tens of millions of dollars.
• Strong understanding of wood-frame, concrete, and mixed-use construction methods.
• Demonstrated expertise in project financial management, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, including AIA documents and subcontract agreements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop project management and field supervision teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily BFR construction projects, including ranch, townhome, and garden-style communities.
• Lead project teams from preconstruction through warranty, ensuring alignment with company goals and Ownership's expectations.
• Direct the Onsite Project Manager and Lead Superintendent as co-equal leads of the field leadership team; resolve escalated issues involving cost, schedule, or contractual risk.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and monthly financial reports.
• Oversee risk management, insurance, and claims avoidance for the project.
