The role emphasizes planning, communication, scheduling, document control, and quality assurance, with a focus on onboarding owners and maintaining portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of building codes and permitting.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and milestones aligned with lease terms.
• Coordinate permitting processes and site mobilization.
• Review plans to ensure compliance with standards.
• Track budgets, invoices, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Manage relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
