Job summary

TPC- Building Projects, A Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or residential building projects from initiation to completion in New York. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive PM experience in large-scale projects, with proficiency in MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years PM experience in large-scale building projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery in compliance with codes, contracts, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and site supervisors.
