Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of General Contractor experience.
• Experience managing multiple project teams across complex commercial, luxury retail, and high-end residential projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor project managers, PMs, and site superintendents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong client relationship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor schedule, budget, procurement, cash flow, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Mitigate risks impacting cost, schedule, or execution; lead problem-solving on complex challenges.
• Partner with Director of Construction on staffing, resource allocation, and planning.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Site Superintendents; promote accountability and collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
