Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with Academic projects and clients a plus.
• At least fifteen years of increasingly responsible experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Must apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; able to influence and lead.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per policy.
• Supervises the work of assigned Project Managers and manages project teams.
• Develop proposals and estimates with the Group Manager.
• Prepare project presentations and obtain monthly status reports from PMs.
• Monitor budget and schedule, direct owner contract administration, and ensure safety compliance.
