Consertus seeks a Director, Healthcare Capital Projects to lead and grow our healthcare capital delivery practice. You will oversee complex healthcare programs, manage project teams, and advise healthcare executives while supporting business development and operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare capital project delivery experience and a proven track record in leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction or capital project management, with significant healthcare facilities delivery.
• Executive-level communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Primavera.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regional strategies for healthcare capital projects.
• Build executive relationships with healthcare leaders and lead pursuit strategies.
• Provide executive oversight for large, complex healthcare programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
