Job summary

Engtal, a leading mechanical contractor serving healthcare, life sciences, commercial and mission-critical markets in the Greater Boston area, seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of commercial mechanical PM experience, strong budgeting and client-relationship skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating with field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical construction, or MEP.
• Experience managing preconstruction through closeout and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Build and sustain relationships with owners, GCs, architects, engineers.
• Lead meetings and coordinate field, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor change orders, cost reporting, and forecasting.
