Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations and PM.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods (DB, CMAR, DB, PDB).
• Strong leadership, planning, and client development experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for multiple projects and regional initiatives.
• Lead planning, staffing, financial performance, and organizational development efforts.
• Develop executive-level client relationships with clients, consultants, and regulators.
• Drive business development, market expansion, and project pursuit strategies.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures across project teams.
• Support major contracts negotiations, claims resolution, procurement strategies, and dispute management.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Collaborative Delivery teams for project pursuits and proposals.
• Mentor leadership development and succession planning across the organization.
• Promote safety leadership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and community engagements.
