Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete jobs on time and on budget with strong ROI.
• Plan and evaluate division performance, ensure SOP adherence.
• Report monthly on project progress using Review Checklist.
• Analyze budgets, proposals, and trends to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements across operations.
