Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction operations and project management.
• Proven track record in operational leadership, financial performance, and client development.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for multiple projects and regional initiatives.
• Lead planning, staffing, financial performance management, and organizational development.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships and regulatory agency interactions.
• Drive business development, market expansion, and project pursuit strategies through client engagement and negotiations.
• Oversee portfolio profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
