Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction operations and project management.
• Experience managing operational leaders, financial performance, and client development.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design-Build).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for multiple projects and regional initiatives.
• Lead planning, staffing, financial performance management, and organizational development.
• Develop executive relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Drive business development, market expansion, and project pursuit strategies.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance, including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures across project teams.
• Support major contract negotiations, claims resolution, and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Collaborative Delivery teams for project pursuits and proposals.
• Lead mentorship and leadership development across the organization.
• Promote safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company with industry organizations and clients to strengthen relationships.
