Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects and large operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, staffing, and operational planning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
• Support business development efforts and assist with securing future work.
