Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Goodyear, AZ. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, mentor teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of electrical PM experience on major commercial builds, strong financial, scheduling, and risk-management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Stable employment history with progressive career growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
• Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.
