This role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction with leadership experience.
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, or data-center projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and large teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, staffing, and planning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
• Support business development efforts and assist with securing future work.
