Elite Executive Solutions in Goodyear, AZ, seeks a Project Executive to lead large-scale commercial, healthcare, and data center projects. You will supervise PMs and superintendents, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality across multi-site teams.

This role requires 10+ years in electrical construction, strong leadership, client relationships, and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Proven success managing multiple projects and large operational teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, staffing, and operational planning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
• Support business development efforts and assist with securing future work.
