Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions on behalf of a respected electrical contractor seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial electrical construction projects in the Phoenix area, including Goodyear.

You will manage project teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, and safety, while coordinating with owners, GCs, architects, and vendors.

Salary base is $175,000–$200,000 per year, with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Mentor and develop future project leaders.
