Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Project Executive to oversee large-scale commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects in the Phoenix metro area. This senior role requires leading multiple project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will collaborate with owners, developers, and engineers to drive operational excellence while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Proven success managing multiple projects and large operational teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, staffing, and operational planning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
• Support business development efforts and assist with securing future work.
