Google Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a senior technical lead to oversee design, engineering, and construction for critical facilities such as data centers and CUPs.

You will craft robust business cases, challenge assumptions, and guide complex projects through a global, matrixed organization. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technical Engineering, Finance, Controls, Security, and Workplace Services to ensure scope, risks, and designs are clear from concept to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years in PM, BD, or engineering roles related to infrastructure.
• Experience creating business cases for executive leadership and handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design & engineering oversight for data centers and related facilities.
• Lead business-case development to secure executive alignment and approvals.
• Collaborate with Technical Engineering, Finance, Controls, Security, and Workplace Services.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to handover.
• Navigate and influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
