Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 12 years in mission-critical facility design and construction.
• Master's degree or PE license preferred.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV power systems and NEC/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of data center equipment, systems, and global operational strategies.
• Oversee electrical, power, energy, and control systems to optimize design efficiency.
• Analyze system performance data and present tradeoffs to support executive decision-making; collaborate with partners to design for constructability.
• Refine engineering processes to eliminate waste while scaling successful practices.
• Influence cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and align with shared goals.
