The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control, with a track record of projects over $200 million

• Requires capable use of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in a construction context.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects to safe, profitable, and timely completion.
• Oversee transition from preconstruction to construction and manage project teams.
• Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and procurement plans; manage change orders.
